FUTURE STRATEGIES AND SKILLS TO DEVELOP STRATEGIES PROPOSAL ACTION Different strategies on leadership at all levels – national, local, rep/school Mentoring, shadowing, networking central in this as part of overall strategy Leadership Development 2017- buddying element, focus on leadership as activism Application to SUL 2017-19 for funding for professional learning on different kinds of teacher leadership- general, for BME teachers and for women CPD/Training that incorporates importance and professional benefits of activism CPD as an organising tool Exploration of ways of EIS working more closely with Scottish Government on delivery of professional learning
