Data Collection Criteria Identify Area for Evaluation Rate the % leaf coverage (1-5) Note house number to identify location Note number of Leaf Bags Note other factors, such as clogged storm drains Photograph all areas of interest DO NOT photograph private residences

Evaluation Ratings 1 and 2 Cat 2: Pavement easily seen, leaves noticeable (10 – 30 %) Cat 1: Pavement fully visible (0 – 10 %)

Evaluation Ratings 3 and 4 Cat 3: Leaves Very Noticeable (30 – 60%) Cat 4: Pavement Noticeably Obscured (60 – 90%)

Cat 5: Pavement Difficult or Impossible to see Evaluation Rating 5 Cat 5: Pavement Difficult or Impossible to see (90 – 100%)
