Scenario #1 As the Cadet Logistics Group Commander, it is your duty to plan and carry out the cadet wing spring picnic. It is the biggest social event of the cadet wing each year. You have been given numerous people to support the logistics group’s tasking this term. Should you delegate the task? What factors determine this?

Scenario #4 As section OIC you supervise ten NCOs. You have a reputation of handling correspondence quickly due to your constant supervision. You monitor their activities closely. You are sent TDY for a month and upon your return, you’re advised of numerous problems in your section regarding the quality of work.
