S4A Wraparound Care

About Us We are a Buckingham based company who provide a range of services including PE lessons, wrap around care, after school clubs, holiday clubs and out of school sports clubs. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality service so parents can feel secure leaving their children in a fun and safe environment.

Sunrisers Morning club, running from 7:30-8:45. 7:30-8:45- £5.00 8:00-8:45- £3.00 Both of the above options include a breakfast of cereals, toast and fruit. 8:15-8:45- £2.00 This does not include breakfast.

Sunsetters Evening club, running from the end of school until 6:00pm. 3:15-4:30- £5.00 3:15-5:00- £7.50 3:15-6:00- £10.50 (includes dinner) 4:15-5:00- £3.00 4:15-6:00- £7.50 (includes dinner) A snack of fruit is provided at 3:15pm every day.

Food At Sunsetters, any booking until 6pm entitles your child to a meal. There will be a menu on our website with a meat and vegetarian option each day. Our food menus are on a three week rotational basis. When making your booking you need to state in the appropriate box whether your child would like option 1 (meat), option 2 (vegetarian) or option 3 (no dinner required). If your child does need a dinner, the booking must be made by the Wednesday of the week before the session so we can order the correct amount of food from our caterers. If the booking is not made on time a meal cannot be guaranteed.

Booking We understand that childcare needs change each week, with this in mind we have made a flexible online booking system meaning bookings can be made at any time, even on the day of the session if needed. Booking a week in advance is always preferable but if your childcare situations change we will be able to accommodate. The only booking that must be made in advance is to guarantee your child’s meal. As we are Ofsted registered, we do accept childcare vouchers. Details of how to pay using childcare vouchers are on our website.

Forms Once you have booked, we will require some information from you. We will ask for a list of adults allowed to collect your child, and also for a password. Any adult not on the list will need the password to be able to collect a child. After filling out an online booking form, you may need to fill out additional forms (e.g. dietary info, medical info). These will be kept in our confidential folder. We will contact you if they apply to you.

Activities At Sunrisers and Sunsetters we offer a range of different activities to suit all children. We will run at least 30 clubs a week. Holiday Clubs We run holiday clubs at Bourton Meadow and Grendon schools, these are for children from any school. We provide childcare from 8:00-6:00 every weekday during the school holidays. Children can be booked on for the full day, school hours, half days or for individual hours to suit your needs. At our holiday clubs we have a wide range of exciting activities to suit all children such as: sports, arts and crafts, Xbox, baking, inflatable days. As with wraparound care, bookings can be made on our website.
