6. Competition venue

Diagonal zones Start and finish of the zone is marked Double poling and Double poling with kick are forbidden.

START: Entry Transponders ( two lines, be at time!) Clothes Pre – start zone Start 15 s interval COACHES / SERVICE: 2 options up to Top of the hill Pedestrian way to the left and up to hill. Pedestrian way to the righ and around the race course.

8. PREPARATION OF THE COURSE All the courses are covered by man made snow + natural snow. Grooming at midnight Small adjustment for downhill corner close to stadion. Course markings etc. ready by 7.30 am. 2 classical tracks, no tracks in some downhills and curves Test areas (3) will be groomed also at midnight.

SKI TESTING AND WARMING UP There are 3 ski testing areas in use. ( Sporthall / Railway bridge, Close to Biathlon area, Behind Sokos Hotel). No devices on race course, no skiing against race skiing direction, any time! Warming up: On the 7,5 km race course until 5 min before start (8.25) Many options for warming up towards Vuokatti hill from service area.

10. Programm 7.00- 8.25 Competition courses open for training 8.30 Men 15 km C ( 2 x 7,5 km) 9.41 Women 10 km C ( 2 x 5 km) 11.00 Prize giving ceremonies ( 3 best) at stadion
