Academic Enhancement Program (AEP) The Academic Enhancement Program is a support program implemented by the Department of Educational Services (DES) for students in their first year in the School of Medicine or School of Veterinary Medicine. AEP consist of the following: Early contact (Facebook, e-mail) Cohort, orientation, study skills AEP check-in surveys AEP faculty advisor, proactive and responsive communication AEP closed and open review groups Monitoring and triage to resources Also conduct workshops
