Main objectives of coaching ReStart learning continuously Preservation of motivation and self-motivation

Self perception Self-perception is central both for the coach and the coachee in Vocis. The change of perspectives makes the development of alternative ways of action possible

Why inner coaching today? Centrality of the person  Centrality of the reflective and self-reflective paradigm   Biographical and autobiographical practices

Centrality of the person A respectful non-judgmental and resource-oriented approach supporting a benevolent-accepting and open self-exploration of the client will be addressed and promoted on three broad areas: theme-oriented, development-oriented, process-oriented interventions.

Centrality of the reflection approach The paradigm of reflection emerges as a process needed for everything that implies growth, improvement, development (long-life-learning).

Autobiographical practices It is important to combine the reflection on the past and actual situation (analysis) and the vision of future solutions (project). Coaching is a way to visualise changes in your private / social / professional life.

The goals Activate yourself Motivational development Know yourself Development of the self-concept VOCIS CVET Optimize yourself Personal development

Why? Nowadays life framework places the individual in the centre and attribute value to reflexive and self-reflective methodologies. Acting as a coach is a key competence for people working with people in any sector of activities. The learning cycle helps to preserve motivation and to foster self-motivation coping with new project in a suitable way.

When? Development of the self-concept through CVET Program can be strongly useful during adult life and career life for people who really wish to improve their competences. Paying attention to Motivation and Self-concept areas and related dimension allows to plan a personal path based on strong self- knowledge and self- reflection for any desired development in adult and career life.
