Patient Participation ES (optional) ended 31/3/15 GP Contract & PPGs Patient Participation ES (optional) ended 31/3/15 Associated funding reinvested in Global Sum From 1/4/15, all practices (not optional) to establish & maintain PPG Must engage with PPG throughout year @ frequency, manner agreed with PPG Practices must make reasonable efforts during each year for PPGs to be representative of practice population Practices with PRG/PPGs already set up do not need to create a new PPG, just review whether it remains representative of the practice population The practice should develop its PPG in the most appropriate way – this may be virtual, face to face, or a combination of the two
