United States Attorneys Mission Statement The United States Attorneys serve as the nation's principal litigators under the direction of the Attorney General.

USAO VICTIM WITNESS PROGRAM MISSION STATEMENT The mission of the Victim Witness Program for the United States Attorney’s Office, Middle District of Pennsylvania, is to respond to the needs and uphold the rights of victims and witnesses, and to implement and carry out the requirements of federal law and Department of Justice regulations.
