The Professor: Minor and Moderate Issues Fill out a NOVA CARES REPORT: C-COMMUNICATE Give a warning and specifically address the issue with student I- INFORM your supervisor (academic Dean) A- Act 1. CONCLUSION: 5 Things to Remember 1. NOVA CARES Report must be filled out EVERY TIME 2. Student must receive some form of written notification 3. Student must have an opportunity to be heard
