Loretto Care – who we are? Subsidiary of Loretto Housing Care arm of Wheatley Support 2800 people weekly, 500 staff 17 Registered services , 62 sites, 10 Local Authorities Housing Support, Care at Home Services Specialist Care Home £ 14.8 million turnover 17/18 93% satisfaction overall for Loretto’s service 92% would rate the service provide by Loretto as good, very good or excellent 93% say their support makes them feel safe 93% say their support has helped improve their quality of life 92% say Loretto is effective at keeping them informed

415 Project 415 Project Our 415 project is one example of Technology and Digital Inclusion Community Engagement and Activity Service First through the door Demonstrator Apartments Our 415 project is one example of how we are leading the way in care.

415 Project : Demonstrator Apartments

415 Project : Community Engagement and Activity Service Referrals Health, Social Work and Housing. Sessions delivered on an individual or group basis Types of sessions have included; the development of a choir, walking football sessions, reminiscence classes and social events. Choir developed for over 65’s, particularly those with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

415 Project : First through the door Pilot of product showed how effective it was for signposting to additional services. 2nd stage development links users location to local assets Users can add their own assets Partnership work with University West of Scotland undertaken to develop this further – in essence this will work throughout UK
