THE PROCESS 1. SITE SURVEY AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT - DETERMINE GOALS - DEFINE SPACE - USUALLY INCLUDES LAYOUTS & DESIGNS - SPECIFY SOLUTIONS - COLLECT DATA SUCH AS UTILITY BILLS

THE PROCESS 3. APPLICATION – PPN MEMBER COMPLETES ONLINE, SUBMITS CORRESPONDONG PPEC, SUBMITS EQUIPMENT DATA SHEETS 4. PRE-INSPECTION (RANDOM) AND TVA REVIEW ($100K+ INCENTIVES GO INTO A DIFFERENT REVIEW PROCESS)

THE PROCESS 5. APPROVAL TO PROCEED – CANNOT BEGIN PURCHASING OR INSTALLING MATERIALS UNTIL APPROVAL LETTER HAS BEEN RECEIVED 6. PROJECT COMPLETION – PPN SUBMITS PPEC AND INVOICES, IF REQUIRED, POST-INSPECTION

LED HIGHBAYS ● total REBATE of $113,345 (in 2 phases) ● Annual energy savings are $116,496 (at today’s energy rate) ● other benefits : increased light levels in critical production areas, uniformity of light, improved color rendering (especially important in inspection areas.) ● maintenance savings: expected life of100,000hrs 24/7 facility will get 11.4 years of operation from this fixture, at which point it will still be operating at 70% of its original output.

CUSTOM PROJECT – PIG FARM HEATING MATS REPLACED 192, 500 WATT HEAT LAMPS WITH ENERGY EFFICIENT ELECTRIC HEATING MATS & CONTROLS FOR FARROWING AREAS $23,471 TVA REBATE (70% CAP) $30,000+ ENERGY SAVINGS PER YEAR (HVAC SAVINGS NOT INCLUDED) PPN COMPLETES DETAILED TECHNICAL ANALYSIS REPORT ON KwH REDUCTION, PROJECT SCOPE AND SAVINGS REPORT, EQUIPMENT DATA SHEETS AND MORE. NO PPEC.
