The Quantum Institute for Wellbeing As a knowledge sharing platform, in our last event on Nutrition( 9th September 2017) – we discussed the importance of QUANTITY and TIMING of drinking water on our health and wellbeing. Today we are going to focus on the “QUALITY” aspect of water for health and wellbeing. Page 3
