Goals Develop and maintain functional architecture and principles to facilitate interaction between projects Provide advice and help resolve architecture issues that may arise Conduct mid-release walkthroughs to help facilitate alignment between projects Define information flow between components

Processes/Procedures Architecture subcommittee is contribution-driven People can sign up for slots on the agenda We will request people to develop proposals/presentations to discuss during meetings and via email Mid-release, we will work with PTLs to schedule a walk-through Shall we ask for a dedicated mailing list or use the TSC or discuss list? Contributions posted on the wiki under Architecture

Meeting dates/times Goal: no meetings between midnight and 6 am for any participants Does this time work for most? 1500 UTC on Tuesdays? Shall we find time to meet in Beijing next week? Other suggestions?
