Aptitude It is what you are capable of doing (natural talent) Aptitudes describe what a person can learn to do

Personality traits They are what you are Characterize a person’s behavior in different circumstances

Interests It is what you like Is something for which we feel a particular attraction

Holland Occupational Themes A way to narrow down the possible careers one can have based on personality

Overview of Theory Developed by psychologist John Holland Research established that there are 6 personality types According to Holland, people belonging to the same personality type do the same kinds of work because they have similar personalities, goals and attitudes related to work
