It’s the Rocket Roundup! WILD-STYLED WEST! WILD-STYLED WEST! It’s the Rocket Roundup!

Unit Questions What effect did Native American have on the Wild West? What role did Cowboys have in the closing of the Western frontier? What role did Homesteaders have in the closing of the Western frontier? What effect did Populism have on the Wild West? What effect did railroads have on the Wild West?

Quick Fire Why was the western frontier called the “Wild West?” What made it so “wild?”

WILD-STYLED WEST! You will be working in groups to teach this unit to each other! Our class has been tapped to film a TV Series called: WILD-STYLED WEST! You will have the rest of this week & most of the next to prepare your episode.

WILD-STYLED WEST! You will form a group of four. You will sign up for a topic. You will research your topic. Then you will come up with a creative presentation to teach the class about your topic. We will film your episode!

WILD-STYLED WEST! Each group’s presentation will be based around a PREZI. The PREZI will display your research in a creative way. The camera is rolling! You will also come up with a creative way to present the PREZI to the class!
