Confıdence and Self-Confidence

What is confidence?

Confidence is key to success; In our life, we always trusted someone Confidence is key to success; In our life, we always trusted someone. You can help them or they can help you. This is confidence.

Why Confidence Is Important?

Confidence is important because you need to build a trust in friendship. If you don’t, you dont have any friends, nobody trusts you. You always need confidence in your life.

What is Self-Confidence?

Self-Confidence is trusting yourself. If you say «I can do it Self-Confidence is trusting yourself. If you say «I can do it.», you believe yourself and you can do anything what you want.

Importance of self-confidence Self-Confidence is very important because if you don’t believe yourself, you can’t do anything what you want. For example; You have an exam and you want to finish it successfully, but you don’t believe yourself. Your exam won’t finish with high mark.

How can you improve your self-confidence?

Think positively about yourself Think positively about yourself. Remind yourself that, despite your problems, you are a unique, special, and valuable person, and that you deserve to feel good about yourself. You are, after all, a miracle of consciousness, the consciousness of the universe. Identify and challenge any negative thoughts about yourself such as ‘I am loser’, ‘I never do anything right’, or ‘Noone really likes me’ Avoid people and places that treat you badly or make you feel bad about yourself. Finally, remember those wise words of Lao Tzu: Health is the greatest possession. Contentment is the greatest treasure. Confidence is the greatest friend. Self confidence is the best outfit.
