Residential care services

Physical care and support Residential services are able to provide a high level of physical care and support for older people who are no longer able to live in the community. People receiving residential care often require personal care and medical services to meet their needs. 

Social and emotional needs They also need help to meet their social and emotional needs in their new surroundings. Feeling happy and positive can improve an older person’s physical health and life expectancy. People in residential care may need a variety of support services including:

Personal Care eg assistance with showering, dressing and eating

Medical Care eg nursing, physical therapy and assistance with medication

Recreation Programs

One-to-one personal time and social interaction
