The Turning Torso The Turning Torso built August 27th , 2005 Located in Malmo on the Swedish side of the Oresund strait. 623 ft. tall Highest residential building in the EU. Made of 9 pentagonal segments, each segment is 5 stories tall. top segment is 90 degrees clockwise compared to the bottom segment. First two segments – office space Segments 3-9 offer 147 luxury apartments.
