2016 Scorecard Our scorecards give information about our client groups and their rehabilitation outcomes. Inpatient Rehabilitation in Wellington Number of persons served in 2016: One Achievement at a Time Defying the Odds 93.6% of clients, and “Overall, how satisfied were you with the service we provided?” …answered Satisfied or Very Satisfied. 98 97.6% of family-whānau… 81.6% Age 96.9% of clients were 18 or older. In addition, 3 clients (3.1%) were 16 or 17 years old at admission. Overall, the average age was 42.3 years (range: 16 - 78) of clients had a traumatic brain injury (TBI). This group of clients stayed for an average of 53.6 days (range: 1-272 days). TBIs were most often due to falls and car accidents. Functionally, clients improved by 35.9 FIM points, from moderate disability at admission to mild disability at discharge. 91.2% of clients were discharged to home. Gender Ethnicity 18.3% 33.7% 66.3% of clients had a stroke or non-traumatic brain injury. This group of clients stayed for an average of 89.0 days (range: 18-185 days).
