BMS Academics Grading for the Electives at the Middle School Level: Pass (P-ES) Exceeds Standards (Letter Grade Equivalent, A: 90-100) Learner demonstrates a full/in-depth understanding of the concepts/skills and can consistently apply them in a variety of ways, including explaining to others. Work could serve as a model/example for others. (P-MS) Meets Standards (Letter Grade Equivalents, B, C, D: 60 - 89) Learner demonstrates an understanding of some of the concepts/skills, and can usually apply them. Fail Not Meeting Standards (Letter Grade Equivalent, F) Learner demonstrates little or no understanding of the concepts/skills and can minimally apply them.
