How do I get started? Walk in hours Monday- Thursday 8 AM to 3 PM Friday 8 AM- 12 PM Crisis Monday –Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Eligibility Must currently be enrolled or registered as an Iowa State Student Partners of students are eligible for couples counseling even if they are not an Iowa state student
Fees for services No charge for services Minimal testing feed are necessary to cover costs of tests No show fees are applied when appointments are not cancelled in advance
Confidentiality In compliance with federal laws and regulations, all SCS services are strictly confidential. Our staff will not release any information regarding clients, or the services they receive to anyone outside of the Student Counseling Service without the written permission of the client
