 Maniks Desuperheater:

 Basic of Desuperheater:  Desuperheater is basically an energy conserving device used by the industries where the large amount of heat energy is generated. Desuperheater  Maniks are having comprehensive range of desuperheater supply since last three decades.  Maniks introduced variety of desuperheaters with precise temperature control for various applications in chemical or oil & gas process plants where the available refrigerant is at superheated conditions.  These Desuperheaters have high performance, custom design, easy to install and requires very low maintenance.

 Types of Desuperheater:  Steam Desuperheater is utilized to shower water into steam so water get blended with steam bringing about decrease in the temperature of the outlet steam.  It can be characterized into two 1. Integral type is in-worked with actuator so that there is no compelling reason to isolate splash water valve 2. Non Integral type spout and water valve are separate units

 Need in Refrigeration:  The fundamental guideline of refrigeration is the evaporator moves warm into the refrigerant the refrigerant exchange heat to the condenser then the condenser exchanges heat to a cooling medium like water or outside air.  A definitive heat vitality transmitted from the iceboxes is squandered when it is exchanged to the outside air this misuse of vitality is been kept away from by utilizing desuperheater. 

 Working Principle/ Function:  The primary function of a desuperheater water heater is to minimize the temperature of superheated gas and other vapors.  This temperature reduction is achieved by the process vapor being brought into direct contact with a liquid such as water.  The injected water is then evaporated.

 Design Features:  High efficient atomization.  Accurate and repeatable control fluid temperature.  Tight shut off variable spray unit.  High rangeability variable area spray unit.  Erosion resistance materials of selection.  Ease of installation.  Low maintenance features.  High integrity sealing arrangement.  Thoroughly checked at factory to ensure that it meets the specified performance on site with high integrity.  Quality assurance at every stage of manufacturing.  Comprehensively designed and tested to ensure its optimum performance for the tough process Parameters specified.

 Desuperheater Design:  Double Walled “Tube in Tube “, vented, counter flow heat exchanger.  Vent tube having serrations on inner & outer surfaces to avoid cross contamination of refrigerant and water/ fluid.  Each tube has a tube inside that allows water/ fluid to travel in an opposite direction.
