Christ Follower: Group leaders must be believers in Jesus Christ, and their actions/behavior reflects their faith. Character: Commitment to perseverance in adversity, relational maturity, developing a character worthy of leadership. Not perfection, but rather integrity. Calling: A Heart to give care, a conviction to mature others, a desire to Glorify God by serving. Competence: Made competent by Christ. Not easily swayed by false ideas and idle talk. Capacity: A believer of discipleship, commitment to the church, patience with others and a passion for unity.

So what are we asking of you? A commitment to attend and lead all five (5) Forum nights: Start time: 6:45 / 7:00pm. Arlington: 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23 Burlington: 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25 plus the BBQ night 3/1 and 3/3. A commitment to attend and lead at the Men’s Advance (3/4-6/16). A commitment to follow the principles we shared tonight.
