Brief history of the Queen Elizabeth II Quay The Queen Elizabeth II Quay is located in Sierra Leone, West Africa This Port has the deepest natural harbor in West Africa The Port has a total of six (6) berths with a total length of 1132.69m The Port has minimum draft of 5m and a maximum depth of 10.5m The Port is been operated by a concessionaire and a license operator The concessionaire is Freetown Terminal Limited (FTL), Bollore FTL handles Ro-Ro, containers and bulk cargo The license operator is Nectar Sierra Leone Bulk Cargo Terminal (NSBT)

Infrastructure construction works on projects under concession The Freetown Terminal Limited (FTL) –Bollore Construction of an additional berth- West Ward (Started) - $ 120 Million (Inclusive construction and equipment) Nectar Sierra Leone Bulk Cargo Terminal Limited (NSBT) Construction of an additional berth- East Ward (Legistrative Stage)
