NFJP SGA for PY 2007 Housing Definitions Permanent Housing – intended to be owner-occupied, or occupied on a permanent, year-round basis Examples of permanent housing include: rental units, single family, duplexes, other multi-family structures, dormitory, group home, other housing types that provide short-term, seasonal, or year-round housing opportunities in permanent structures National Farmworker Jobs Program Housing Assistance Program Year 2007

NFJP SGA for PY 2007 Housing Definitions Temporary Housing – intended to meet the farmworker’s need to temporarily occupy a unit of housing for reasons related to seeking or retaining employment, or engaging in training; May be a rental unit located in a permanent structure, or a yurt, mobile structure, and a tent, which can be moved from site to site National Farmworker Jobs Program Housing Assistance Program Year 2007
NFJP SGA for PY 2007 Housing Seventy percent (70%) of housing assistance funds are to be used to provide permanent housing assistance services; Thirty percent (30%) are to be used for temporary housing assistance services; Administrative costs are limited to fifteen (15) percent of the grant National Farmworker Jobs Program Housing Assistance Program Year 2007
