How do you begin a career search? How do you determine what career suits you best?

You can do a Self Assessment! Self Assessment – A process where you become aware of your strengths and weaknesses, skills, abilities, interests, values, goals, and aspirations.

The benefits of doing a self assessment… Helps you identify strengths to be emphasized (highlighted), and assess weaknesses that can be downplayed or worked on Practice for interviews. Become comfortable with talking about yourself Builds your confidence

Doing a self assessment you should help you consider the following questions… What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Where do you want to be in five years? When was the last time you demonstrated leadership skills? How do you feel about teamwork? What activities do you get involved in? What is your ideal type of job and why?
