Personal Development Plan Who am I? What am I capable of? What do I want? State of the art and where do I want to go?

STARR Reflection Method S- Situation T-Task A-Action R-Result R-Reflection

Situation Visualize the situation What happened? Time and place? Who was involved?

Task Clarify the role What was the objective, goal? What role, tasks?

Action Identify action and/or behavior How were tasks performed?

Result Identify the effect of the behavior What was the effect, result?

Reflection About the behavior Summarize How representative is the identified behavior? What are improvement possibilities?
