Clean drip trays Daily Wash with Sanitizer and Sponge Clean drain Daily Pour a coffee pot of hot water down each drip tray drain and use drain cleaner regularly Clean BIB Connector Weekly When it’s time to change the BIB before connecting the new box, insert the connector in a cup of hot water for 5 min Problem Weak Beverage or Watered Down Soda Probable Cause BIB is empty BIB connector is not connected correctly Crimped syrup line Remedy Double check BIB connector is properly connected and engaged to allow syrup flow. Replace BIB with new box. Ensure syrup line is not crimped or squeezed. Nothing coming out of fountain No water No power Make sure water lines and valves are open. Make sure fountain and carbonator is plugged in or check circuit breaker. Soda is Too Sweet CO2 or water line issue Check CO2 to make sure it’s full Check water supply line to make sure it’s not been turned off or washer missing between hose and tank.
