Participant Files/Documentation Question #32 Participant Files/Documentation 32. The college NOT need to show a file with "Authorization to Disclose Information" and receipt of "Equal Opportunity" information for that participant for monitoring visits.  .

We paid for curriculum to be aligned with industry certifications and credentials like NIMS and AWS, in addition, many of our students are incumbent workers looking for industry certifications for increased employment opportunities. On the APR we have many students who have acquired these certifications while in their program of study and we would like to count them in the certifications and credentials section of the APR.

Question #34 Credentials . 34. Sometimes problems arise when a student completes a BSN program, and gets a 4-year diploma, but then can't pass the state certification exam. She has a BSN (recognized credential) but not the state certification which means they can't get a nursing job. The BSN is just an example, other similar situations arise.
