ABOUT AMITY UNIVERSITY MADHYA PRADESH Amity University Madhya Pradesh has been established by the Ritnand Balved Education Foundation (RBEF), New Delhi which is a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. RBEF was established in 1986. Presently, more than 1,00,000 Students study in 240 programs across 30 Amity campuses spread over 1000 Acres of land with more than 5.1 million sq. ft. of built-up area. More than 4000 faculty and staff members are dedicated to making Amity institutions world class and include leaders such as 12 former vice chancellors of renowned universities including Roorkee University, the former vice chairman of the AICTE, 12 former Generals of the Indian Army, IAS and IPS officers, renowned scientists, former CEOs of PSUs and of course many brilliant academicians.

ABOUT CHROMA CHROMA is a Amity Youth festival 2018 it is 2-day annual festival organised by the Amity University, Gwalior. It is an annual gathering of students from amity university, other amity universities and other universities & colleges. The objective of Amity Youth festival (CHROMA) is living up to their old-age reputation of coolness blended with intellect, CHROMA make sure the city comes to astandstill and all roads lead towards Amity University when CHROMA commences. From professional shows to amateur bands, from Classical dance to Choreography, from competitive events to informal events, the festival has it all. With 6000+ participating students, CHROMA 2018 guarantees to be a sure shot hit. This brochure will give you the complete insight of the events and how can you associate with us. ‘You haven’t seen life fella, if you haven’t seen our fest’

TITLE SPONSORS -1LAKH AND ABOVE The Sponsors’ name and logo will be displayed on the Backdrop of the stage. The Sponsors’ name shall appear on all the Banners and Posters of the event to be put in all the schools , as well colleges associated with CHROMA. The Sponsors’ name shall appear on the Brochures, fest merchandise and goodies associated. The Sponsors’ name will be announced on the Public Address System frequently. Free passes of events and EDM night will be given to the sponsors for fest. The Sponsors will get a special mention in all the Press Releases and Conferences. One stalls of 10’ x 15’ will be provided for the display of their products or publicity material and/or distribution of flyers on all two days of the festival The Sponsors will get a special mention in all the Press Releases , Social media platforms , conferences and in all the event anchoring.

CO-SPONSORS- 70K AND ABOVE The name/logo of the Sponsor will be displayed on the Backdrop of the stage lesser prominent than the main sponsors. The Sponsors’ name will appear on all the Banners and Posters of the event less prominent to the main sponsor to be put in the all the schools , colleges and universities associated with CHROMA and other vantage points like canteen, food joints etc. The Sponsors’ name shall appear on the Banners and Posters of the events as Co-Sponsors. The frequent announcements of the Sponsors will be made on the Public address system frequently. Free passes of events and EDM night will be given to the sponsors for fest. The Sponsors will get a special mention in all the Social media platforms like facebook ,instagram , Twitter , conferences and in all the event anchoring. One stall of 10’ x 10’ will be provided for the display of their products or publicity material and/or distribution of flyers on all two days of the festival. Announcement System and before and after the event(s).

POWERED BY- 50k AND ABOVE The Sponsors’ name and logo will appear on hoardings placed at University. The Sponsors’ name will be announced on the Public Address System frequently. FOOD/BEVARAGE SPONSORS :15-20K One stall of 10’ x 10’ worth 10k will be provided for the display of their products or publicity material and/or distribution of flyers on all two days of the festival. The Sponsors’ name will also appear on selective Banners and Posters of the event to be put in the all the schools , colleges and universities associated with CHROMA and other vantage points like canteen, food joints etc.   Free passes of some events and EDM night will be given to the sponsors for fest The Sponsors’ name will also appear on selective Banners and Posters of the event as a co-sponsor to be put in the all the schools , colleges and universities associated with CHROMA and other vantage points like canteen, food joints etc.
