Our mission Passionate Worship!  Fervent Prayer! Changed Lives! Community of Love!  Living Life Deeply with One Another! Our goal is to help each individual find his/her path to the One True God through Jesus Christ, His Son.

affirmations Matthew 19:26 (KJV) 26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. Philippians 4:13 (KJV) 13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Passionate worship!  But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. Psalms 22:3 (KJV) We are people of the presence. Every service needs to be a divine encounter.

Passionate worship! James 4:8 (KJV) 8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

Passionate worship! John 4:23-24 (KJV) 23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Passionate worship! Isaiah 6:1-5 (KJV) 1In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. 2 Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly. 3 And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.

Passionate worship! 4 And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke. 5 Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.

Passionate worship! The style and temperature of worship defines both church and congregation. At Victory Tabernacle, A Family Worship Center the approach should be a blend of passionate contemporary music together with some classical elements of historic and cultural styles of worship.

Time spent in the presence of God is the measure of success in worship Passionate worship! Time spent in the presence of God is the measure of success in worship

Prayer: God's Way Fervent Prayer! The only way we will succeed in building this church is to do it God’s way.  We are asking for prayer partners, who, in every stage of our church development, will commit to getting on their knees and staying there until God speaks. We need regular times of corporate prayer. Why?

Because… Fervent Prayer! James 5:16 (KJV) 16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Fervent Prayer Changed Lives Because… Passionate Worship results in time spent in the presence of God and increases the desire for more time with God in Fervent Prayer. Time spent with God in Passionate Worship and in Fervent Prayer produces CHANGED LIVES!

How did (does) Jesus love us? Community of Love John 15:12 (KJV) 12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. How did (does) Jesus love us?

Community of Love Jesus shepherds us

Jesus taught us…We must teach Community of Love Jesus taught us…We must teach

Jesus forgave us…We must forgive Community of Love Jesus forgave us…We must forgive

Jesus corrected us…We must correct Community of Love Jesus corrected us…We must correct

Jesus died for us…We must be willing to die for one another…or for Him Community of Love Jesus died for us…We must be willing to die for one another…or for Him

Community of Love Jesus died for us…We must be willing to die for one another…or for Him John 15:13 (KJV) 13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Philippians 2:8 (KJV) 8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Living Life Deeply With One Another Hebrews 10:25 (KJV) 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Living Life Deeply With One Another Romans 12:10-13 (KJV) 10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; 11 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;12 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; 13 Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality. (read this whole chapter at home)

Living Life Deeply With One Another Not slothful in business  Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality BOTH OF THESE REFERENCES SPEAK TO THE NECESSITY OF GIVING (MORE THAN WHAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING HERE) SO THAT THE CHURCH PAYS ITS BILLS (NOT SLOTHFUL IN BUSINESS) AND HAS RESOURCES TO TAKE CARE OF THE NEEDS (DISTRIBUTING TO THE NECESSITY OF SAINTS; GIVEN TO HOSPITALITY) AS DIRECTED BY GOD INCLUDING EVANGELISM AND DISCIPLESHIP EFFORTS

Evangelism … Our goal is to help each individual find the only path to the One True God, through Jesus Christ, His Son

God’s Heart! Evangelism—The Heart of God 2 Peter 3:9 (KJV) 9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

REPRODUCE! Evangelism—be fruitful (and multiply) and wise! Proverbs 11:30 (KJV) 30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

We are commanded by Jesus: Obey! We are commanded by Jesus: Mark 16:15-16 (KJV) 15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

discipleship Once we are successful in bringing individuals to God through Jesus Christ through our evangelism efforts, including them in our community of love, living life deeply with one another involves teaching them the ways of Christ—in other words, we make them disciples of Christ like we are. We all must also CONTINUE TO GROW IN CHRIST!

discipleship The word “discipleship” means practical training to move congregation members from whatever level of Biblical understanding and life application they currently have, to becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.  That means not only knowledge of the scriptures, but also evidence of life application.  “Discipleship” also means doing the same things that Jesus did

Our Mission Is Possible! Passionate Worship!  Fervent Prayer! Changed Lives! Community of Love!  Living Life Deeply with One Another! Our goal is to help each individual find his/her path to the One True God through Jesus Christ, His Son.
