About the Cellar The Cellar is dedicated to providing the NYU Stern community with a better understanding of wine, spirits, beer and varied culinary fare. The Cellar is a commingling of social and educational missions, focused on bringing together a diverse set of experiences around the common theme of the consumption of libations and fine cuisine.

Cellar Events Past Events Have Included: Napa Trek Long Island Wine Tour Presentation and Tasting with Dennis Cakebread Mozzarella Making Class at NY Vintners Brooklyn Brewery Brooklyn Winery Whiskey Tasting at Idle Hands Holiday Sparkling Event Chivas Regal 18 presentation

Cellar Events Anticipated New additions for 2012/13 School year: Beer Event for Oktoberfest Dark and Stormy Event with GFA Cigar and Scotch pairing and tasting Golf and Beer Tasting Event with Stern Golf Many many more *Cellar events are sometimes open to the entire Stern community, but members always receive a deeply discounted ticket price

Positions 2 AVP GENERAL EVENTS: Responsible for organizing events throughout the year 1 AVP Treks: Work with Jessica to organize Napa Trek 1 AVP MARKETING: In charge of social media for the club as well as Campus Groups 1 AVP FINANCE: Responsible for managing the budget
