The error which is better known as Norton backup problem occurs when the drive is not accurately connected to the system. Another reason, it might be due to running a backup into a local storage media by using Norton antivirus product. The third cause is quite reasonable when the backup set-up file has become corrupted. Step 1: Creation of a new backup set-upStep 1: Creation of a new backup set-up Firstly, restart the Norton antivirus product. Then, hit the “Settings” icon. After that, under the “Detailed Settings” menu, click on the “Backup Settings” to proceed further. Now, hit the “Configure” icon to manage the backup issues. And, from the “Summary tab” area, hit the “Create new backup set” option. Step 2: Delete all the left out old backup files of Norton product Firstly, get access to the Norton product. Then, Click the “Settings” icon. After that, click configure icon to easily manage the backup process of the Norton product. Now, a proper selection needs to be maintained by reaching out to the “Summary tab”. And, hit the “Delete backup set” icon to delete the old back-up.
