Quarterly Report – 2013 1st Quarter THIS QUARTER IN REVIEW Call volume for this quarter was 63,870, a 6 % increase compared to this time last year. An additional 21,886 web sessions were conducted to search for resources via the 2-1-1 online database. 2-1-1 users are frequently utilizing the online database to find information. The number of web sessions increased by 15% when compared to this time last year. Top requested services were Gas Service Assistance, Food Pantries, and VITA Tax Preparation Sites, with an overwhelming need for Gas Service Assistance. Gas Service Assistance was the top unmet need this quarter. The most common reason for this was that callers were ineligible. Quarterly Report – 2013 1st Quarter 9/16/2018

Quarterly Report – 2013 1st Quarter 2-1-1 On The Go! 2-1-1 On the Go! is a mobile outreach program that engages individuals experiencing homelessness in the central business district of Downtown Detroit. Homeless outreach associates connect with those wanting help AND provide quality information & referral to meet immediate needs.  The team provides advocacy & transportation support to help individuals secure stable housing & income. On The Go! develops relationships with those in need & direct service providers to help alleviate homelessness. For the first quarter of 20123, 2-1-1 On The Go!: attempted to engage 153 individuals top needs identified: transportation, housing/shelter AND employment over 92% of needs identified were either “met”, “partially met” or “pending” * Since October of 2007, 2-1-1 On The Go! has successfully connected 251 individuals to services for housing & shelter, & 205 individuals to resources for income, education & employment.
