What is ESD? Many common materials tribocharge Electrostatic charge generation: When two surfaces are in contact then separate One surface has positive charge and one surface has negative charge Personnel can generate a charge by walking on a non ESD floor

What is ESD? Large charges generated all the time Walking across a carpet: 1,500 – 35,000 volts Walking over many types of untreated floor surfaces: 250 – 12,000 volts

What is ESD? Charged personnel can cause ESD damage to static sensitive components Use of Statguard Flooring options and proper use of ESD Footwear will eliminate ESD damage to static sensitive components

ESD Vinyl Tile Conductive - Electrical Resistance: < 1 x 106 ohms Dissipative - Electrical Resistance: 1 x 106 to < 1 x 109 ohms 12” x 12”, 24” x 24”, 36” x 36” Thickness: 2.0mm or 3.2mm Lifetime electrical warranties and certified testing Ten year limited wear warranty Color extends throughout the tile Meets ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014 flooring required limit tested per ANSI/ESD STM7.1 and ESD TR53, and is suitable flooring component for personnel grounding Footwear / Flooring System.

Statguard Epoxy Conductive - 1 x 104 to < 1 x 107 ohms per ANSI/ESD STM7.1 or IEC 61340-4-1 Statguard® Conductive Epoxy provides superior static control and durability. Provides a flooring surface that does not generate a static charge and will act as part of the path-to-ground for an operator wearing ESD footwear. ESD Epoxy meets ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014 as tested per ESD S7.1. One Coat, 2-part, Water-Based Epoxy System Statguard Flooring expressly warrants that for a period of 5 years after the date of installation that our Statguard® Conductive Epoxy, when properly installed and maintained, will meet its published electrical specs under normal foot traffic and until mechanically removed or worn away. Made in America

ESD Rubber Tile Ideal for installation in Clean Room & Electronic Manufacturing Facilities Multi-colored and slip resistant Sound absorbent High durability compound Flexible and resilient Resistant to oil and grease Easy Maintenance Meets the required limits of ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014 for ESD flooring < 1 x 109 ohms

ESD Carpet Tile World class manufacturing environment Ease of maintenance Lifetime electrical properties Sound absorbent Anti fatigue properties Ease of repair / replacement Direct traffic pattern Meets the required limits of ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014 for ESD flooring < 1 x 109 ohms

Conductive Adhesive NEW! 8453 Solvent-Free Conductive Epoxy Adhesive Two-part urethane flooring adhesive with low volatile organic compounds (VOCs) for the 8400 Series ESD Vinyl Floor Tile 81521 - Conductive Vinyl Tile Adhesive, Two-Part Epoxy Two-part component conductive epoxy adhesives of syrupy consistency.
