Od 2005. godine počinje izgradnja kan. sistema grada BN Sistem kanalizacije: Od 2005. godine počinje izgradnja kan. sistema grada BN Uloženo oko 41 miliona EURA (12 mil. kredit EBRD, 11 mil. budžet grada BN, 18 mil. donacije Evropske komisije, Švedske razvojne agencije i Programa Vlade Holandije „Orio“). Izgrađeno i pušteno u rad PPOV grada Bijeljina (SBR tehnologija) – za 40.000 ekvivalent stanovnika. Sewage system: The construction of the sewerage system of City of Bijeljina started in 2005. It has been invested around 41 milion EURA (12 mil. -EBRD loan, 11 mil. -city budget, 18 mil. -European Commission donations, the Swedish International Development Agency and the Government Program the Netherlands „Orio“). The WWTP (SBR technology) was built and put into operation – the equivalent of 40.000 inhabitants. PPOV svećano otvaranje 24.02.2016

Troškovi A.D. ViK na jačanju kapaciteta / Costs of the capacity strengthening: 2014. 2015. 2016. Troškovi u vezi sa stručnim usavršavanjem zaposlenih (seminari i stručni časopisi) / Costs related to professional training of the employees (seminars and professional journals)  6.500 EUR 7.000 EUR 12.500 EUR Ostali troškovi: Razmjena znanja i iskustva sa drugim vodovodima su najveći udio u jačanju kapaciteta Društva (npr. saradnja sa Beogradskim vodovodom ili saradnja sa vodovodima radi PPOV) Učestvovanje na konferencijama i seminarima sa nizom stručnih radova, prezentacija, diskusija i sastanaka Praćenje novih fondova i projekata koji su potrebni preduzeću Osposobljenost kadrova za brz i adekvatan odgovor na izazove pred kojima se susreću vodovodi Other costs:  - Sharing knowledge and experiences with other water utilities have the largest share in strengthening the capacity of the Company (for example, cooperation with the Belgrade water utility or cooperation with the water utilities referring to the WWTP)  - Participation at conferences and seminars with a series of technical papers, presentations, discussions and meetings  - Monitoring of the new funds and projects  - Competence of personnel for prompt and adequate response to the challenges faced by water utilities

Dosadašnji rezultati na jačanju kapaciteta: Uvođenje ISO standarda – sopstvenim kadrovima a rezultat su poboljšani poslovni procesi; Poboljšani rezultati u sektoru naplate i potraživanja (digitalno osavremenjivanje sektora naplate, procenat naplate iznad 90%, otkrivanje nelegalnih potrošača...); Uveden GIS sistem sa razvojem povezivanja svih ostalih poslovnih procesa; Aktivno učestvovanje u međunarodnim projektima; Vođenje imovine preduzeća i adekvatno upravljanje; Stalna saradnja i razumjevanje od strane gradske uprave za proširenje i održavanje vodovodne i kanalizacione mreže – aktivno zajedničko učestvovanje u projektima i javnim nastupima (konferencije, edukacije...); Mnogobrojni saveznici (drugi vodovodi iz okruženja) na zajedničkom cilju i saradnji So far accomplished results in capacity strengthening:  - The introduction of ISO standards - with our own staff and the result is improved business process;  - Improved results in the claims collection (e.g. modernization of the billing sector, collection rate is over 90% percentage, detection of illegal connections, ...);  - The GIS system was established with possibility of connection with all other business processes;  - Active participation in international projects;  - Keeping the company's assets and proper management;  - Constant cooperation and understanding of the city administration for the expansion and maintenance of water and sewage network - active participation in joint projects and public appearances (conferences, education ...);  - A large number of allies (i.e. other water utilities in the environment) on a common purpose and cooperation

Cilj rezultata A.D. Vodovod i kanalizacija Bijeljina kroz dosadašnje jačanje kapaciteta: Prilagođavanje zahtjevima naših korisnika kao i novih zahtjeva standarda EU dodatni je motiv za usvajanjem novih znanja i tehnologija koje će garantovati održivost i razvoj. Izgradnjom i jačanjem sopstvenih kapaciteta zadržat će se i proširiti segment kvaliteta naših usluga a što će se odraziti na veći broj naših zadovoljnih korisnika te samim tim i veći status lidera u oblasti vodosnabdjevanja i odvođenja otpadnih voda. Uz ulaganje u edukaciju kadrova, povećani obim korisnika naših usluga i veće iskorištenje sopstvenih kapaciteta (ne samo ljudskih) rezultirat će jačanjem sopstvenog imena kao lidera za uspješno upravljanje i održiv razvoj vodovodnog i kanalizacionog sistema. The results of the previous capacity strengthening of AD Vodovod i kanalizacija Bijeljina:  Customizing the requirements of our customers as well as new requirements of EU standards is an additional motivation for acquiring new knowledge and technologies that will guarantee the sustainability and development.  As a result of capacity building and development the quality of our services will expand which will be reflected in the increased number of satisfied customers and therefore the company will remain the leader in the field of water supply and wastewater disposal.  With the investment in staff education, the increased volume of users of our services and greater utilization of own capacities (not only human) will result in the company strengthening as a leader for the successful management and sustainable development of water supply and sewage system.
