Homework Policy Homework is given nightly Monday-Thursday Projects may require weekend work Homework will be checked the following day If the student consistently miss assignments, you will receive a call home. Homework not completed on a consistent basis will result in detention

Remain in your seat at all times Ask for permission to get out of your seat Raise your hand if you want to be called upon Don’t talk over other students Respect the rights, property, and person of your teacher and fellow students 5. Keep your hands, feet, and all body parts to yourself Use appropriate language and sound level of your speech Exercise courteous, respectful behavior- “Thank you and Please are great words to use in our classroom No eating, drinking (other than water), spitting, name calling, harassing or teasing behavior 10. No fighting or rough playing

Consequences First Offense- Verbal Warning Second Offense- Time out sheet (10 min) Third Offense- 15 min detention during lunch 4th Offense- 30 min detention to be served at lunch (15min) and afterschool (15min) the same day/ Call your parents 5th Offense- Office referral/ Parent call or conference However, if you fight, push, threaten or use any object on another student to engage in bodily harm- automatic referral.
