Location, Land & Climate Turkey is located in the Middle East Region and is a bridge between the two continents of Europe & Asia. Turkey is a peninsula. Turkey is bordered by these three bodies of water: The Black Sea The Aegean Sea The Mediterranean Sea

Location, Land & Climate Istanbul is the largest city in Turkey. Much of the country has a mild Mediterranean climate that allows farmers to grow food for local use. Farmers also grow cotton and tobacco for export.
