Why Honey nut cheerios are Better Than Fruity Pebbles BY: Beverly Adams

INtroDuction Honey Nut Cheerios are healthy. They provide a good source of Iron (4.5 mg) They provide a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C,  Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 They also Lower cholesterol by giving you a great amount of fiber (2g) Fruity Pebbles are one of the most unhealthy cereals in the world. They only provide (0.8mg) of Iron They only provide Vitamin A They give you a higher risk of hyperactivity in children, cancer, and allergic reactions.

1.Gmo (genetically modified organism)

1.GMO(genetically modified organism) GMOS, are new organisms, not found in nature, but created by scientists when they genetically modify or engineer food plants. In America, they aren’t even labeled, much less banned, so the majority of the population has no idea that they are eating lab-created DNA on a daily basis. Fruity Pebbles give a high risk of GMO deposit in your body from Sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oils, BHA, artificial flavor, artificial dyes including red, blue, pink, yellow, etc., Honey Nut Cheerios have less GMO deposit in your body because of no artificial food dyes and no BHA. Fun Fact: Eating GMO can stunt your growth.

2.Iron

2.Iron Iron is an important component of hemoglobin, the substance in red blood cells that carries oxygen from your lungs to transport it throughout your body.  Hemoglobin represents about two-thirds of the body’s iron.  Fruity Pebbles gives you barely any iron while Honey Nut Cheerios gives you a great amount of iron. Fun Fact: If you’ve ever heard your doctor tell you you’re a little bit anemic it means your body needs more iron.

3.Eating a Healthy Breakfast

3.Eating A healthy breakfast Most of the time people want to eat a healthy breakfast but want it to taste good. Fruity Pebbles may taste good to some people but it definitely is not healthy. On the other hand Honey Nut Cheerios taste good to some people and is most definitely healthy. Fun Fact: There’s a “Cheerios Effect” Caused by fluid tension, the Cheerios effect is what it’s called in fluid mechanics when floating objects attract one another, just like Cheerios in a bowl of milk.

Counter Argument

Counter Argument “While Honey Nut Cheerios contain some important nutrients, the sugar content and possible GMOs used to produce the cereal outweigh many of the benefits. We recommend avoiding Honey Nut Cheerios, as there are much better alternatives.” FRUITY PEBBLES™ cereal rocks! Amazing flavor, crispy crunchy rice, and iconic characters all come together perfectly to create a timeless breakfast classic. Fruity Pebbles have been making mornings more fun for kids and grown-ups alike for over 40 years.

Conclusion

Conclusion In conclusion Honey Nut Cheerios are better than Fruity Pebbles. Although some may disagree with this statement, there are more than enough facts to back it up.
