Overview: Problem Definition Solution for this need is a fixed wing UAV Fulton Surface-To-Air Recovery (STAR) system Developed in the 1960's by the U.S. Army and Air Force Skyhook secured the lift line Hooked to a recovery winch Project Purpose: Develop a modified Fulton STAR system integrated in a vision-based unmanned aerial vehicle
