Summary . Through this assignment, we have worked as a planner would have done. First, we have made a list of the activities thanks to the WBS and using the specifications, we have estimated the activities duration with the help of the quantities and the RS Means Productivity. Then, we have built the Gantt Chart, the PERT Diagram and the Rough Logic Diagram on SureTrack 3.0 Project Manager.
