What is WRAP? The Wrap Recycling Action Program (WRAP) is a national public awareness and outreach campaign that supports motivated recycling coordinators, retailers/grocers, community organizations, and others in educating consumers to improve the recycling of plastic film packaging (e.g., bags, product overwraps, and pallet wrap).
