Mark scheme: Project Plan Clear description, of the different tasks necessary to complete the solution and a clear timetable. 2 marks: a complete task model (e.g Gantt Chart, Pert Chart, CPA, table, calendar) which is progressive and covers all of the software development section. there will be consideration of predecessors and successors. 1 mark: a basic model with occasional gaps or with some tasks out of order.
