IPS-SYSTEMS implemented as Condition Monitoring Solution at Ergon Energy © 2016 IPS GmbH

Ergon Condition Monitoring Solution AGENDA General Project Overview and Ergon Solution Architecture Integration Challenges Technical Requirements and System Configuration Solution Demo IPS-ENERGY IPS-SmartGridDI IPS-Publisher

Ergon Condition Monitoring Solution – Introduction IPS-ENERGY (Intelligent Process Solutions) implemented as the new Condition Monitoring solution, designed to facilitate the development of the following Asset condition score Asset importance score Asset reliability indices and asset risk score Proposed maintenance strategy for financial optimization The solution was steadily adopted and gradually replaced in-house system SCAMS as the primary system for Condition Monitoring and Condition Based Maintenance of Ergon Energy assets Project Started: February 2015 Project Go-Live: November 2015

What does IPS do? IPS-Energy enable changes in the following areas to business users: Accessing asset information Managing the storage of condition and maintenance information Reporting Reviewing and actioning oil sampling results

What Ergon user can see in IPS now? The IPS solution introduces features that include: Maintaining the Asset Base of Ergon along with the Locations, Oil Test Results, Inspection Results, Operational Statistics Age based analytics for Ergon Transformer Assets Probability of Failure of Ergon Transformer Assets Work Order generation for Resampling and Electrical tests of Assets from IPS into Ellipse SCAMS calculations, SCAMS reports (Replaced) and additional Analytics and reporting Support for storing and Maintaining results from Test Devices Dashboards for Ergon wide view of Asset Condition, Powerlink results, Transformer Asset Life among other important information
