Weekly Clean up Checklist CORRUGATOR WEEKLY CLEAN-UP LIST   For The Week Ending ______________________: Fill in the week ending date and have individuals each task as complete. Supervisor to inspect and verify each station’s tasks are complete. Turn completed checklist into plant Superintendent before leaving. WET END Operator Tasks Perform Lockout Procedures in accordance with PCA-Newark guidelines B-Flute S/F cleaned, pan dropped, starch diverter removed and cleaned, starch dams cleaned, with water and scrub brush or rag. C-Flute S/F cleaned, pan dropped, starch diverter removed and cleaned, starch dams cleaned with water and scrub brush or rag. Fingers cleaned on both S/F’s inspected for damage, and replaced as needed. Cleanout Gaylord shower reservoirs with water and putty knife if needed. B-Flute Trench and grates cleaned of old starch (old starch dumped into dumpster). Clorox may be added in small amounts to reduce odor. C-Flute Trench and grates cleaned of old starch (old starch dumped into dumpster). Clorox may be added in small amounts to reduce odor. Blow down wet end from C-flute S/F to the West Wall. Ensure to blow out the roll stand floor tracks. No scrap or roll tags on the floor! B-Flute Medium and Top Liner Roll Stands blown off and wiped clean with a rag. Correct grade/width rolls are hung to allow for immediate start-up. Blow down wet end from DB to C-Flute S/F. Ensure to blow out the roll stand floor tracks. No scrap or roll tags on the floor! Bottom Liner Roll Stand blown off and wiped clean with a rag. Vacuum the inside of the roll stand trolleys. Wipe off and organize tools and workstation. Ensure all old rags are placed in “Dirty Bucket” Once clean up is complete, ensure all lockout locks are removed.
