August 2016 Supplier Online Step 1 To reset your password click on the link which says Forgotten Your Password? Step 3 Your password will be emailed to you. August 2016 Supplier Online Step 1 As a Supplier Admin user you can create other supplier users on c.net5, to do this click on People Step 3 Complete all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk and click on Save or Save & New to create another supplier user. August 2016 Supplier Online Step 1 Login to c.net5 Compliances for your worker can be added here by clicking on Add.  Step 2 Click on the tile named Workers, under Create Person click on Create. Step 4 To complete and create your worker click on Save or Save & New to create another worker on c.net5 You can edit your worker by left clicking on the worker row in the people list.  Step 3 In the first tab General complete all the details for the Worker. August 2016 Supplier Online Step 1 Login to c.net5 Step 3 Click with your left mouse button on the order row and the context menu will appear with a list of options where you can View, Accept or Reject. Step 2 Click on the To Do tile here you will see Orders Pending Acceptance By clicking on View you can see full order details, tabs show pay and bill rates, compliance items and skills required for your candidates.  Step 4 Once you have reviewed the order click Accept to be able to submit candidates. How to Submit a Candidate Do you require more support? Please contact the Comensura Customer Service Centre. August 2016 Supplier Online Step 1 Login to c.net5 Step 4 Click on Submit Candidate , type in any 3 letters from your candidate ‘s name and select from the drop down. Step 2 Click on the Orders tile here you will see open orders. Step 5 When your worker has been selected, there is a field to enter in the AWR Parity Effective Date for the worker. Click on Next to continue. If you have already uploaded a CV to your worker profile the CV will show below. If you need to add the candidate CV click on Add File. Click on Next  Step 3 Click with your left mouse button on the order row and the context menu will appear with a list of options where you can View or Submit Candidate. Step 6 Any compliance items that have not been met are highlighted in red. You can add them here by clicking Add. Tick the skill level boxes as appropriate for your candidate. How to Submit a Candidate August 2016 Supplier Online Step 7 Once all compliance items have been uploaded for the worker then tick the box to confirm this and click on Next. Step 9 To submit your candidate click on Submit, if you need to submit another worker to the order click on Submit & Submit another Step 8 Tick the skill level boxes as appropriate for your candidate. How to Confirm an Interview Request Do you require more support? Please contact the Comensura Customer Service Centre. August 2016 Supplier Online Step 1 Login to c.net5 Step 4 You can View the interview request details, Confirm Interview, Reschedule Interview and Withdraw your worker if no longer available. Step 2 Click on the tile named To Do, this will take you to you To Do page. Here you will see any Interview Requests for your workers. Step 5 Click on Confirm to confirm the interview request for your worker. You will then see the interview is under Scheduled. Step 3 Click with your left mouse button and the context menu will appear with a list of options for the Interview Request. If you need to Reschedule Interview fill out the fields marked with the asterisk and click on Send Reschedule Request so the request goes back to the Hiring Manager to confirm.  Copyright: Comensura Ltd

How to Create a Timesheet Do you require more support? Please contact the Comensura Customer Service Centre. August 2016 Supplier Online Step 1 Click on the tile named Timesheets. This will take you into your timesheets detail. Step 5 Select the weekending from the drop down and click on Create. Step 2 To create a new timesheet for the worker click on the button Create. Step 6 Select the Hours Type and then enter in the hours worked for each day and click on Save & Submit when completed. You can Edit or Delete a timesheet if needed when clicking on the header before it’s submitted.  Step 3 Start typing in any 3 letters from your workers name and select from the drop down your worker. Click on Search to find the workers booking. Step 4 Click on Create next to the relevant booking for the worker to create a timesheet. Copyright: Comensura Ltd

August 2016 Supplier Online You are able to search for information using Orders, Bookings and Timesheets. Clicking on the tile or on the tool bar will navigate you to the information. Click on the Bookings button, you can view active Bookings and you can search for bookings. You can view orders based on their current status or click on the Search button e.g. type in the job title and details of orders will show below. You can search for timesheets based on their current status by clicking on the button or Search. You can also Filter information using the drop down options. Frequently Asked Questions: 2 of 3 Q: What do I do if I need to change my candidate pay type from PAYE to LTD, PAYE umbrella, LTD umbrella or Personal Services Companies? A: Email systems.admin@comensura.co.uk with a copy of your candidates Certificate of Incorporation. The systems team will then amend the candidate employee type, booking pay rate and bill rates. Q: What do I do if my candidate timesheets have not been approved ? A: Ask your candidate to ask their timesheet approver to login and approve explaining payment is reliant on approval. Contact the Customer Service Centre and we will contact the timesheet approvers and escalate to the Key Customer contact as necessary. Q: Who do we contact if our invoices have not been paid? A: Please email finance.admin@comensura.co.uk with details of the invoice number, date and your supplier system number located in C.net5. Comensura contracts work to a ‘pay when paid’ self bill system. Any delay with customer payment to us may cause delay to you.

Frequently Asked Questions: 3 of 3 Q: What do I do if I we make a mistake submitting hours on a timesheet? A: If the timesheet has not been invoiced contact Customer Service Centre and they can arrange to un-approve the timesheet. You can then adjust the hours and resubmit for customer approval. If the timesheet has been invoiced, your system administrator can arrange to do a replacement timesheet for approval. Please ensure this is done correctly as you will only have one chance to replace! If there is a mistake on the timesheet due to pay or bill rates You will need to download a Vendor Adjustment form from C.net documents, complete and then email to finance.admin@comensura.co.uk Q: What happens if a zero hours timesheet has been auto created? A: Timesheets must be created within 6 weeks from the week ending time worked. You will need to do a replacement timesheet which will be submitted for customer approval.
