You have been good sounding boards and trusted allies in this joint effort to mend the lives of children in crisis. That’s why I am so pleased to share with you today our vision to reform New Jersey’s child serving systems. This groundbreaking Children’s System of Care Initiative is a complex plan with a simple mission: to create happier endings for New Jersey’s most troubled children.
