She did this at great risk to herself. The most interesting fact about her is that Pitcher is only her nickname because of the way she transported the water. She is believed to have been Mary Ludwig Hays McCauley. It is also said that while on the battlefield, she did her own share of fighting.

THE MOST INTERESTING THING ABOUT MOLLY The Most Interesting Thing About Molly Is that She Got Shot And Took The Bullet Out Herself And That She Actually Went In The War As A Man.
