Far westerns booking instructions Step by step Screenshots included for your convenience

Please read… This is not a "stay & play" tournament but we ask that you consider one of the NCVA hotels first.  We ask that everyone make a decision regarding your hotels as soon as possible as hotels in Reno do book up quickly for these 2 weekends.  If you book outside of the NCVA or Varsity VBC (i.e. Orbitz, Priceline, Travelocity, Trip Advisor, etc.), please understand that you are bound by their guidelines regarding payment and cancellations.   Please book by January 15th and book 1 room only per family until January 16th to allow everyone an opportunity to book within our room block.  All rooms will be released after January 31st and we will be unable to assist you further with an NCVA room with a guaranteed rate.  There may be other rooms available under the NCVA discounted rate after January 31st, however, the club WILL NOT BE making any additional room blocks/reservations.
